Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive at International Airport and transfer to respective hotels. Overnight stay
Day 02: Delhi - Okhla - Chambal
Early morning drive to Okhala . after birding here drive to Chambal. (06 hrs). Evening
birding walk with guide. Looking for owls, Eagles, Shrikes, Bulbuls, Starlings,
Ducks, Herons, Egrets, Ibiss, etc. Overnight stay
Day 03: Chambal - Agra - Bharatpur
Early morning Chambal river cruise and river walk. after lunch Depart for Bharatpur
(3 hrs). On the way visit Taj or Birding (looking for Egyptian vulture, Crested
& Ashy-crowned sparrow Larks, Citrine wagtail, Black ibis, etc.) Overnight stay
Day 04: Bharatpur
Full day birding at K.N.Park Bharatpur. Looking for Owls, Nightjars, Eagles, Harriers,
Cranes, Ducks, Storks, etc. Overnight stay
Day 05: Bharatpur - Bund Baretha - Ranthambore
Early morning birding at Bharatpur or Bund Baretha or Short visit to Taj Mahal and
drive to Ranthambore NP (6 hrs). Overnight stay
Day 06: Ranthambore
Full day birding / tiger safari in NP. Overnight stay
Day 07: Ranthampore – Jaipur
After morning safari, drive to Jaipur. (4 hrs) Overnight stay
Day 08: Delhi – O/N in train
Morning sightseeing visiting the Amber Fort (and elephant ride), drive to Delhi
(4 to 5 hrs) in the afternoon. Dinner at restaurant and transfer to Rail station
to board overnight train to Corbett.
Day 09: Corbett (Kaladungi)
Arrive Kathgodam at 0530 Hrs, upon arrival transfer to Camp Corbett at Kaladungi.
After breakfast full day birding with guide at Kakadungi fores(looking for Blue-bearded
bee-eater, Green-billed malkoha, Rufous-bellied eagle, Common green magpie, Red-billed
leiothrix, etc.) Overnight stay
Day 10: Corbet ( Dhikala)
Birding drive to Dhikala Forest Lodge, at the heart of Corbett NP. Afternoon birding
by jeep in the Dikala Range. Looking for Tawny owl, Pide harrier, Hodgsons bushchat,
Pin-tailed green pigeon, Stork-billed kingfisher, Woodpeckers, Flycatchers, etc.
Overnight stay
Day 11: Corbett ( Dikala)
Corbett & Kosi Morning birding in Dikala Range. After early lunch drive to Kosi
–Dhangadi (looking for Ibisbill, Wallcreeper, Spotted forktail, Brown dipper, etc.).
Overnight stay
Day 12: Corbett (Mohan - Lohachur)
Full days birding in Lohachaur Range or Bijrani range of the NP looking for Kalij
pheasant, Blue-throated & Great barbet, Great hornbill, Emerald dove, Orang-bellied
leafbird, etc. .Overnight stay
Day 13: Corbett - Pangot
Morning Birding in Mohan out side the park looking for Tawny owl, Maroon oriole,
Black-winged cuckooshrike, White-tailed rubthroat, Long-billed thrush, etc. after
lunch drive to Pangot(2 hrs). evening birding in pangot village looking for Upland
pipit, Grey-backed shrike, Black-throated & Rufous-breasted accentor, etc. Overnight
stay
Day 14: Pangot
Full day Birding in Pangot, Kilbury, Cheena Peak, Ghughu Khan, Timlapani looking
for Cheer pheasant, Koklass pheasant, Brown wood owl, Rufous sibia, Green-tailed
& Fire- tailed sunbird, Scaly-breasted & Nepal wren babbler, Russt sparrow, Black
and yellow grosbeak, Brown bullfinch, Roke bunting, Woodpeckers, Tits etc. Overnight
stay
Day 15: Pangot - Sat Tal
After brekefast drive to sat-taal . on the way Birding in Damping-yard near Nainital
looking for 100s of Steppe eagle, Himalayan & Eurasian griffon, Lammergeier, etc.
after here full day birding in and around sat tal. Looking for Red-billed blue magpie,
Golden &Orange-flanked bush robin, Mrs goulds sunbird, Woodpeckers,Laughingthrushs.
Etc. Overnight stay
Day 16: Pangot - Mangoli Valley - Kaladungi - Delhi
Morning birding at Mongoli Valley and Kaladungi forests. Looking for Woodpeckers,
, Laughingthrushs, Accentors, Leafbirds, Tits, etc Continue to Camp Corbett for
lunch. Thereafter transfer direct to Delhi in 06 hrs. After dinner at a restaurant
transfer to International airport.
